| Abstract | The aim of this document is to propose a model for collecting information about IT solutions for traceability. The growing interest in the traceability functionality led many IT providers to propose solutions for traceability. Nevertheless, the different background of the providers and the different focus they are pursuing as well as the novelty of some topic for the companies’ management created a difficulty for the company in identifying the most suitable solution for their business. The objective of such matrix is twofold, proposing: · a check list for companies that are looking for traceability IT solutions · a tool for traceability IT solution comparison in a market analysis perspective. This model has been developed by UPC and ENEA in the framework of the TRICK project funded by the European Commission (see www.trick-project.eu) |
